T+1 transition for Transactions

As of the 11 October 2027, the securities transactions executed in a trading platform submitted to T+2 payment-and-delivery must be terminated at T+1 (but exceptions)

Reasonable Commercial Basis (RCB) from Euronext

Effective the 1st October 2026, this regulation introduced by ESMA under the MIFIR Review will bring more clarification and balance in the market data pricing. The advantages presented by Euronext will be data priced with a reasonable margin, for one category per client and a limitation of vendor audits.
